Submit a Maintenance Request
  Non-Emergency Requests During Business Hrs
8am - 5pm Weekdays
The most efficient way of submitting a maintenance request is to click the link to the right labeled "Submit a Maintenance Request". Submitting your request through this link will alert the on-duty technician. If you prefer to speak with a live person, you are welcome to call 614-335-2010 and we will log the request on
your behalf.
  Emergency & After Hours Services
5pm - 8am Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays
To ensure quick response for emergency situations, please call the maintenance line at (614) 335-2010.
This line is serviced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where Will My Request Go?

Once you submit your request, it will immediately be emailed to the appropriate people to address your request. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail stating your request was received and another one once it has been completed.
